Your Right to Data Deletion
If you have used Facebook Login to sign in to SyriaCore, we may hold certain personal data received from Facebook on your behalf. This page explains what data we hold, how you can request its deletion, and what happens after your request is received.
What Data We Hold From Facebook Login
When you sign in with Facebook, we receive and store the following information from your Facebook account:
Public Profile Information
Your full name and profile picture as provided by Facebook at the time of sign-in.
Email Address
The email address associated with your Facebook account, used to create and identify your SyriaCore account.
Facebook Identity Link
An internal reference linking your SyriaCore account to your Facebook identity, used to enable sign-in. We do not access your friends list, post on your behalf, or collect any additional Facebook data beyond what is listed here.
Usage and Activity Data
Records of your interactions within the app — such as saved favorites, trip plans, and reviews — that were created while signed in with your Facebook account.
How to Request Deletion
We do not offer an automated self-serve data deletion option at this time. All deletion requests are handled manually by our admin team to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- 2Include your full name and the email address associated with your Facebook account.
- 3State clearly that you are requesting deletion of your personal data collected via Facebook Login.
- 4Our team will verify your identity and process your request.
Please note: deleting your data will permanently remove your SyriaCore account and all associated content. This action cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete the following data:
- Your SyriaCore account and all profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- The link between your SyriaCore account and your Facebook identity
- Your saved favorites, trip plans, and any reviews or content you created
- All usage history and activity records associated with your account
Aggregated and anonymized analytics data that cannot be attributed to any individual may be retained for service improvement purposes.
Processing Timeframe
We are committed to processing all data deletion requests promptly.
Requests are typically acknowledged within 2 business days of receipt.
Full deletion of your data will be completed within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
